Pricing questions
- How does pricing work for accounting firms?
- Each client company has its own subscription — Starter or Business — paid by the client directly or by your firm on their behalf. Your staff are invited into the client companies they work on, so a firm is never billed for a plan of its own.
- Is VAT included in these prices?
- No. All prices are shown in AED exclusive of VAT. UAE VAT at 5% is added on your subscription tax invoice.
- What happens after the free trial?
- The trial runs for 14 days and needs no card. At the end you choose a plan to continue; nothing is charged automatically before you do.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. You can move between Starter and Business as your needs change, and your records stay with you either way.
