RTS Book is operated by RTS Business Consulting FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“RTS Book”, “we”, “us”). RTS Book is a cloud accounting and bookkeeping service that supports UAE VAT and Corporate Tax workflows.

To use RTS Book you must create an account and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• Subscriptions are billed per client company in AED. All prices are exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT is added on the subscription tax invoice.
• New companies start with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin the trial.
• The firm portal for accounting practices is free. Each client company holds its own subscription, and that company's plan applies inside it.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details.

You may cancel a company’s subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew after that. Access to paid features ends when the paid period ends; your data remains available to export as described below, subject to record-keeping obligations.

You agree not to use RTS Book to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers' data;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• resell or provide the service to third parties except as permitted for accounting firms using the firm portal.

You own the accounting data and documents you enter into or upload to RTS Book. We process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data from the service. Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

RTS Book supports UAE tax workflows and helps you prepare figures, but it does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. Its outputs are designed for professional review before filing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for your own tax filings, and should obtain professional advice where appropriate.

We work to keep RTS Book available and secure, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the affected company in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them.
