Referral Terms

The referral program is open to RTS Book clients, accountants and partners. You may participate provided you comply with these terms and with the RTS Book Terms & Conditions.

• A referral must be a new customer that is not already an RTS Book subscriber.
• A reward applies only after the referred company becomes a paying subscriber and completes its first paid billing period.
• Self-referrals are not permitted, and referrals must not involve your own companies or accounts.

Rewards are provided as described on the Referral Program page and confirmed when you join. Reward details are set by RTS Business Consulting FZCO and may vary over time. Rewards have no cash value except as expressly offered.

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive under the program. Rewards are provided without any representation as to their tax treatment.

RTS Business Consulting FZCO may amend, suspend or end the referral program, or change these terms, with notice. Changes do not affect rewards already qualified for before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the program.
